The reason being, is that all illegals were able to apply for clemency ealier this year and becoming legal residents, by just providing proof of housing and some kind of workcontract.

Besides, the police in Spain had really something else to do that chasing settled illegals. Spain had a tolerancy policy as long as the illegal alien works and has a place to live. There are thousands upon thousands illegal Moroccans in Spain, that are completely settled in.

So, I find the details of your story utterly bizar. So maybe he knocked up some chick? Well, the question is, should you have a relationship then with a man that is bound to become a father? 'cause he won't have a 100% attention for you, right?

I find it very hard to understand what he is saying and this makes it very hard.

He said that he needs a visa for england but not for france.

I think that he is a lovely man but seems to be TROUBLE!! I am not stupid and can see through people but I can see that he is a good person inside, he is caught up in a massive tangle of problems but he is showing respect and has to many things to sort out for himself to worry about me.

His life is very complicated as is many, but I still want to know him and help him if it no cause me or my family any difficulty. My lovely bubble has burst as usual!!He hasnt done me any harm, only shown me friendship and respect which I return.

Im still not understanding what the spanish police can do to him? and why does he have to go to France??

Running from his problems will not do him any good, he seems to dispise his ex and does not want any thing to do with his unborn child, this says much to me!!
Perhaps I do not know things that could help me understand??
