if you want a sexci body all you need to do is 50 seatups and in 3 weeks you will see the changes speacily round your s billy is good for you if you are a billy dancer and this is for boys as well to get that muscels .

Hmmm you need to add cardio into your workout routin which burns fat and do the sit ups afterward.

depends on how bad your body is. I dont do cardio, just tone.

Billy dancers?? you mean Belly Dancer surely?

Yeah but people who are reading this who would misunderstand, if their are those who are out their trying to lose weight always add cardio in your workout and do some light weights, situps etc afterward.

I do pilates it keeps me toned.

i'm doing all over body sculpt and cardio at the gym,its working for me at the mo.
