Cool I LOVE spinning

Initially its a complete shock to the system , i found this even though i regulary cycle x-country. But it does get easier.

I used to use cardio equip in the gym (eliptic trainer - cross areobic etc, but found it too mundane. I stuck it out for ages but it got to the point where i resented going, so now i exercise 3 times a week but have mix of different classes.

Fortunately the centre i go to has a wide variety of different classes and they change them every couple of months so when i begin to lose motivation - switch. Next on the list Belliotics me thinks

My local gym doesn't offer spinning Is this a class that is only offered at certain gyms? Does anyone know of any in central London/West End that offer it??
