Hiya girls... I've got a query about green coloured eyeshadows. I've always noticed how lovely this colour goes with brown eyes, but I've always been too afraid to try it for fear of looking like an alien!
![]() Can anyone recommend any particular good makes/shades of green or teal coloured eyeshadows or pencils... I have regular brown eyes & dark eyebrows, and my complexion is quite pale.

Nads, if you're unsure about green start off with a light green or mix it w/browns and olive colours then work your way up to the bright greens..i have always worn different shades of green depending on my look, and as its fashionable now there are a lot more shades on the market.
My faves are a light green from Bourjois and a few turquoise/green iridescent ones,a fab khaki pencil from revlon and various bright greens from MAC.If you're still unconvinced start with liners in green, i have a lovely forest green from MAC and i did have a lovely khaki/gold liner from urban decay... hope this helps a bit ![]()

Speaking of eye shadows… I would love to wear them but in a matter of hours it disappears and I end up with a single line of shadow across my eyelid… not a good look.
I've heard that eye shadow primer from Urban Decay helps with this. Does anyone know if it works. The only type of eye shadow that stays put on my is cream shadow.. but the colours are limited and I would like to be a little more adventurous! |

I've had the same prob but someone had recommended I dab my powder liquid foundation the 1's that come in a compact on my eyes 1st before applying eye shadow and it's actually worked for me , it deffinatly stays on longer now. Hope this tip helps it never hurts to try something new if you havent already .
