I think it costs around £400 if you do it professionally, at a reputable place.

My fear with going for whitening is that they will stick some chemical on my teeth that will cause it to discolour (or disintegrate!) a few years down the line!

Sounds crazy but I seriously do fear that!

But it's been on the scene for a while now....I think the methods have improved somewhat though?

BrightWhite tooth whitening from Boots & her teeth look great! Its aboput £6.00 and you use the mouth trays morning and night for a week or so, it comes with a colour enamel chart to see the difference.

I've bought some & am going to start using it this week.
