Fake tan

Girls, I'm tired of being the pasty, sallow shade that I am. I wanna give myself a bit of colour, but I don't wanna become a victim of the Tanning Shop...so I'd like to try doing it myself. Can someone recommend to me the best self-tanning products and the best way of doing it..

I know I can rely on one particular person to help me out :P

I got some Ambre solair face tanning cream-it smells lovely & is a lot cheaper than most brands.

I'm not very light skinned but I do like to bronze up a bit for a night out

How long does it last? I mean if you wash your face once does it come off? Or does it last a while?

It lasts for 4 days, but you can reapply it after 1 hour for a longer lasting tan. I only apply 1 coat, otherwise it'll look too fake.
