Talking

I know most of the laydees on this boards and young and carefree but for those of us approaching 30 (or the poor souls already in their 30's) , what are tips for dealing with wrinkles?

Prevention? Cure? Home remedies?

Prevention is better than cure. I don't know about getting rid of wrinkles which are already there but using factor 30 on your face every day as well as wearing sunglasses (even in winter) helps prevent crows feet etc

Like you said the majority of us are still young, so wrinkles are the least of our concerns

I expect a very low response to this thread

Yeah Houda, I figured as much But those of you in ur teens and early 20's can start taking heed now. Instead of bothering about it when you get to 29 like me

Ghazala - thanks. SPF 30? Wow, I better get a new moisturiser!

Why try and hide?!?! Be proud of your wrinkles...they show maturity & wisdom, not age

Above all, they're natural. There's nothing worse than mutton dressed as lamb (although us gals have got a loooooong way to go til we get to that stage lol)

True Nads, I beleive in growing old gracefully so no Botox for me

Character lines show that you have lived! However you don't want to end up looking leathery either so if there are a few precautions, then why not take it

True...too much exposure to the sun is best avoided, as is use of sunbeds...but we all need vitamin D for our skin so a little bit shouldn't hurt!

I feel sorry for those women (and men!) who get so caught up in their appearance and have this procedure and that procedure to try and delay the ageing process for as long as possible. We're not infallible, we age throughout our life until we can age no more and we die and rot, there's no point trying to delay, or stop, the inevitable...

Sorry, getting off the point a bit here ....
