Low esteem? Certainly not Arwen, the opposite infact. I too am British, just of Moroccan ethnicity, i was born and raised in sunny UK so im as British as you per say so please dont take offence.

Im very humbled that your interested in Morocco and plan to visit. How far have your plans gotten so far?
Im from the east of Morocco and when you do decide to make the trip, please dont forget it. Its the part of Morocco that is less 'touristy' so the ambiance and feeling there is completely different from the usual haunts for tourist i.e Marrakech, Agadir, Casa etc...

haha..sunny UK...are you having a laugh. That's why I'm off to Morocco

Well I would like to visit Marrakech of cause, but my main plan is to do a trip to the desert walking and camping and to check out some of the places off the tourist trail. I usually holiday with my sister but she's not much into the camping and walking idea so I may well have to plan two trips.

Forgot to ask, you say you were born and raised in the UK, May I ask where abouts?
