Local Views on Saidia Development

Hi there. I am interested to find out what the local/Moroccan views are on the new developments happening in Morocco, especially around Saidia. Obviously this area is going to have an influx of westerners and there will be women sunbathing and more of a western culture etc. How religious are peoples views on this? I heard extreme cases a couple of years ago about a woman being beaten for bearing flesh on a beach and men being jailed for eating during Ramadan. I would appreciate to hear the locals views, both negative and positive. Thanks, Olivia
