Divorce in morocco

A Morrocan woman who is married to a Foreign national has a very very difficult violent husband who has beaten her many times.With a lot of difficulty she has moved back to morocco and is seeking divorce.Documents have been sent to her husband in the foreign country but he has not responded and makes telephone calls that he will not easily divorce her .
I wish to ask is there any legal way for the court to make a decision where this husband is not responding to the court documents.

Where's he from? Don't know much about it but don't you get some legal person to serve him the papers to appear in court, once he has them he is obliged to attend. I know in Tunisia it's possible to divorce a person without their knowledge by giving a false address and they don't get the papers then after a period of time if they have not responded the courts grants a divorce...What the...................
