Baked Lasangna

Make pot of Tomato sauce. Use whole tomatoes mashed, tomato paste, fried diced onions, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer till sauce.
Cook ground chop beef in frying pan. Simmer with the sauce.
Boil lasagna strips. They are 10 inch long by 2 inch wide pasta strips. Drain lasagna and run cold water.
After the sauce and lasagna are cook, line the bottom of cassarole dish with lasagna. Cover with sauce and ground beef. Cover with grated Moterella chese and add teaspoons of ricotta cheese. Continue making layers. At the top layer cover with sauce. It is good to make 2 casserole dishes as this freezes well for another meal. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
For dessert, have pumpkin pie. Yummy.

Okay Arwen. It is really good. You can also use vegetables instead of the ground beef. Brocoli and carrots are good.
