Crabmeat Cassorole

Use fresh slightly cooked or frozen brocolli with chunks of crabmeat, chicken or turkey. Meat/crabmeat should be cooked. Left overs meat/crabmeat are good. Flake and mix brocolli and your choice of meat in cassorole dish. Cover with seasoned bread cubes or croutons. Spread undiluted cream of celery or mushroom soup over the bread cubes. Grate favorite cheese to cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes until cheese is melted or slightly browned if you prefer. Cook covered if you want the cassorole moister but remove cover last ten minutes if you want crispier cheese. Serve hot. Also Is very good the next day even cold. A favorite.
