Khobz Ddar

ingredients:
1 kg semolina

1 egg

2 teaspoons yeast

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Tepid water




1)Break the egg and add to semolina. Pour tepid water on the yeast and salt.
2)With tepid water, bring semolina together as a firm dough.
3)Knead until smooth for about 30 minutes.

4)Divide into three, roll into balls, flatten into rounds.



5)Place on baking trays.
6)Flatten the dough with your hand.



7)Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
8)Flatten the dough a bit more and Cover with a clean sheet and leave to stand for 30 minutes in a warm place.


9)finally Bake for 20 minutes (350 F)




10)have BESSAHA

khboz D'dar nice when skhona but after awhile its not that good

whats so funny about my thread!

and the pictures don't show dammit may be thats why! coz you guys only understand pictures right?

a good advice you can keep your bread somehwere dry and fresh or freeze some of it and heat it up in oven before having it...it will never taste chewy then

Personally. i wouldnt use eggs or semolina to make 'khobz darr'.
