In Italy we can find falafel in supermarket but are not good like in Egypt

I have only tasted good falafel once at a libanese restaurant , otherwise I thot they were the most dry and tastless things to eat...once they made well..they TASTE AMAZING
I think it's not very easy to make them at home though

Falafel

I LOVE falafel..an egyptian friend had given me the recipe but it was complicated and have never tried to make it so far..Thanks to Meziane and my food processor I hope to make it soon...Yummyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Falafel is soooooo tasty and easy to stuff in sandwich when you are in hurry...They sell it everywhere freshly made, in major cities like Phialdelphia & New York...Next, I will try to make it myself..
