Tagine

Who can come up with the different styles of tangine we have in our great nation........

From The North of tangiers............................



To the South of Layoanne.....


Any one know the tagine they have in Fes and meknes??!!

lol....i was thinking more of the actual food inside the tagine...

like in Agadir they got thier own dish...its sweeter then other typs..

and is tangier and Essouria they have fish based tangier....

i should b going to morocco soon....and im gona b takin pictures...

So people that are reading this thread......To b continued.....

While you're there, get yourself a copy of Choumicha's book. Full of tagines & everything else which may take your fancy. I wouldn't be without my copy

Most def.....i bring that cookbook.....

But it takes tym to learn to moroccan....shall i leave it up
to the ladies at home?...
how long did it take to get the hang of cooking Maroc style...?
