the way i cook it is i steam the couscous, half way i just turn it over, or mix it and add some olive oil and put it back in the steemer cook some more.. take it out and put into the bowl and loosen it up...
the vegetables are all chopped up in big peices, carrots, cabage, pumpkin, aubergines, caurgettes, chick peas,, and along with the meat (lamb cubes) and is cooked make sure you add some water so they boil well.
as for spices i use paprika, salt, pepper, cumin powder
im sure some of the girls can explaint better... this is just icemans variety
