Actually having tried both moroccan and algerian couscous...without being slitely biased i must say moroccan is so much tastier...oujdi couscous in particular is way better than the shemelli stuff....

did you know that there was Couscous competition between Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco 4 months ago which we won
