I've tried both & without doubt ours is better. We don't skimp on our spices you see

but the thing is....algierans seem to think they invented the dish first.......is this true???

My mate cooked soem algerian couscous, all the veg and meat were smaller peices, as opposed to large half cut veges and meat that your get in a version of the moroccan couscous
