Icemans Mexican Chicken Wrap!
Ingredients: (Meal for two) Pack of Tortilla Wraps Can of Pinto Beans Chicken breast Iceberg Lettuce Pack of Cherry Tomatoes Medium Cheddar Cheese Extra Virgin Olive Oil Old El Paso Fajita Sauce How to Make: Take two Chcken breast and clean, remove all veins, and nasties and chop into small peices. Pour 2 table spoon full of olive oil in to a large flat sauce pan and add heat. Once hot, add the chicken and let it cook untill it becomes almost cooked, making sure you stir to stop it from sticking. Empty the drained and washed pinto beans and let it cook for a few mins, and then stir in half a bottle of fajita sauce and let it cook till the beans and chicken has absorbed the flavour. Take the lettuce and chop up in to strips or peices as you like, and dice the cherry tomatoes into halves or qtrs. Grate the cheddar cheese... we come back to this in a minute. Take two tortilla wraps and heat in a warpover for 1-1.5 minutes, keep an eye that it dont become crispy (means it over cooked/heated) as soon as it begins to rise take it out... Take a spoon and begin to put the fajita/chicken mix on to the middle of the tortilla, once done, add some lettuce, tomatoes and sprinkle the grated cheese. Next begint to wrap up the tortilla. As the topping is running down virtically, fold a small part of the wrap horizontally from the bottom and the same from the top. Once done, vertically fold and roll over the wrap. Now sit back and enjoy the snack!!
