Ok, here's he first one! I'll start with something easy:

Spanish Tortilla

Ingredients:

- 1 kg potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 130 ml cooking cream
- 1 chopped green paprika
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 garlic
- 50 g rasped cheese
- chopped coriander
- salt, pepper, paprikapowder, cuminpowder
- olive oil

Preparation:

- Peel the potatoes and cut them in little blocks. The smaller, the better. Fry the blocks shortly in oil, and let them cool down.

- Fry the onion, garlic, and paprika in some olive oil and let them also cool down.

- Beat the eggs and add the cream, cheese, coriander and the seasoning. Than add the onion-paprika-mix and the potatoes. Mix everything and put small portions in deep plates.

- Grease a pan with a little olive-oil. Fry one portion with the cover on the pan, until the upper side is dry and the bottom brown. Turn the tortilla with the clover and fry the other side. Do the same things with the other portions.

- Don't forget to keep the fire low!

(Excuse me for my English. Don't really know the cooking-terms that's used )

But of course I am interested , I am getting addicted to moroccan food the more I try it, so far I have only tasted Bastila and I thought it was fantastic!
Now I have seen Chabakia and Harira in the photos, and they both look totally delicious, so if someone could share these recipes I would be eternally grateful..Grazie, thank you , shukran...)
