not kidding at all, blue cheese just like smin is mold, gives the same moldy taste on the couscous that we all love. Try it before you refuse, best damn cous cous you will ever have

blue cheese sounds like smen but it is not...plus it is creamy..and that may give a stomech PLUS blue cheese and couscous may be saykouk not on the viggies
but thank you for sharing your new recipe of couscous with da blue cheese

You do know I am talking about real blue cheese, not blue cheese dressing? Real blue cheese is not creamy, its crumbly, you crumble it into the couscous and fluff it up ( like you do the Smin) until all th amount you put in (about a table spoon) has slightly coated the couscous grain. Anyway, to each his own. Can you post a Yammy Yammy Harira recipe, with pictures too, I would like to learn how to make that.

The good thing with couscous is you can be imaginative and add you own ingredients to it.. any thing you want!!
