there were 2 processed cheeses in Morocco that I loved, Couer de lait and the one with the red bull(I forgot the name). Anyways, I was just curious as to what kind of processed cheese that is

Not a red bull, that's a drink that makes you fly

It is a laughing cow, the name is La Vache Qui Rit. It is melted cheese in triangle shape. Made from UNskimmed milk.
There is also a creamcheese variety, comes in squares: KIRI. You could compare that one with Philadelphia cream cheese. Again from unskimmed milk.

la Vache Qui Rit is originally from France and they sell it everywhere. You can find it even in the US, in a Super Stop and Shop, or at Albertsons. It is called: The Laughing Cow (what a surprise )
