I make most of our meals from scratch. Good ingredients, simple food so it doesn't take ages to prepare, and most importantly does not contain any of those nasty preservatives.

Most of my recipes are printed from the Net, you can do a search and do the same

In my household, meals are always from scratch.
No tv-dinners, no cans. The only thing that may come from a can is Crisco
