Those really yummy moroccan cakes/biscuits with an almond centre, does anyone know how to make the almond filling??

Sabah el kheire ~ Sista ~

What shape are they ?

I’m not good at names of cakes, but a general description should suffice

Thumbs up

Salam Houda and Lalasamira

Thank you for the recipe, its sounds like the one

I think they can come in a variety of shapes but they're mainly in half moon and usually have some sort of decorative imprint.

Thanks again, i'll try it over the weekend and let you know

Cool

You dont, by any chance, have the recipe for the pastry??

Only the one i have doesn't have all the measurements listed for the ingredients, otherwise it will be a bit trial and error
