Salam ~ RG~

Milwi, is a bit like foliated pancakes, excellent with atay.

They look like this :

In London, within the Asian vicinity the equivalent is called paratha.

A few filling suggestions before cooking the Milwi is to cram some crushed almonds with sugar ~ for those with a sweet tooth.

For a more brakish taste then the infamous Khaleel { salty meat }

And for those wanting a more filling Mil’wi then cram in the mined meat with kazbore/ madnousse and rase el hanout .

And finally for those who are lazy then make a spicy tomatoe sauce topped with loads of harrrrrr !
