Help on Moroccan Computer

I am in USA buying a computer for my sister in law in Morocco,
She knows the computer from School in Tangiers, in French,
Do I need to buy one set up in French, win xp in French and
change the keyboard to french set up?

I would recommend buying a pre-installed computer with the French version of Win Xp and all other accessories. You can try visiting Dell. They have a line up of computers that cater to your needs. They can even ship your order overseas, in this case, to Morocco.
