Angry Annoying Alerts Pop-ups

Does anyone here have these Windows Alert pop ups probelm??? very annoying alerts pop up very often on the screen! do you have them? do you have any idea about tha and how to get rid of them? cuz even after i reformatted my computer they pop up again, and they do only when my computer is connected to internet and do not when am working offline. and they say things about Registry corrupted i wish i get some help here about that. thanks

PS : they don't seem to harm the computer, even when i don't do nothing about it for a long time, but just really annoying

This is what they look like:

This is a close up on how they look, but they pop up in many forms:

your best option is to switch to mozilla firefox browser as it has one of the best blockers on the net and its free and its faster than any other browser around! i changed to it about 4 months ago and i havent had any popups since, and i would never change back to IE after the stuff i read about them loggin all your movements on the net!!

That's true, switching to Firefox would help a lot. Another new alternative is to use the latest release of Opera. They made it for free only lately.
