Why not in Italy ?

Just open Up hotmail

and change your profile to state that you are in the US or UK, Save it

Then Sign Up then Login to your new Hotmail account, Log Out , Log in again and change your Profile settings back to Italy.

That should work, if not let me know, I'll show you another way

Aswad yeah give it a go, hopefully the next time you log in at hotmail it will be completely diffrent.
