if i want to reboot my computer, but windows xp was already installed when i bought it, will i still need the product key or will it just be ready to go?

There should be a sticker with the windows key on the machine, you'll most certainly need a key.

Try kaspersky free trial and if you have viruses see how good it is deleting the viruses. And how many viruses does it found on your pc. Kaspersky has the highest detection rates and always be the number 1 at least for now
