my computer doesnt want to download the chat site or any chat also no games and it always says click on the plug-in and still nth appears, acctually my computer is xp and i have netscape windows on ,what am i suppose to do? formate my computer or download new windows, i have no idea about this things.please help me

Few questions- Do you have SP2?
Do you have a Firewall?

And paste the exact message it says here.

You might just need some updated software from windows. Or download some Java software.

Get your updates from windows and go to this website and download Java software - Orange button on yout right :- http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp

Well for security's sake get one. It's very important to have a firewall.

Download one, Zone Alarm is good but I would rec' Mcafee or Norton. I hope you have anti virus software and spyware??
