This thing is so silent that it actually breaks the law, they have to bolt on an engine sound generator to it LOL

Apparently Runs for for hours on a single charge Up to 50MP/H (80KM/H) speed, and I know a few Petrol Stations that already Have Hydrogen generators out back (you can't use em though), the fuel cell is the size of a briefcase and fits under your seat.

This costs about $9K (£4.5K)

The costs of runing this thing doesn't end there, the only way to refuel it now is to send your Fuel cell to the manufacturers, they haven't yet signed contracts, tie ins with other companies, and opening the fuel cell or refueling it yourself could invalidate your warranty.
