any advice welcome

Hello all,
We have a small successful hotel in England and are going to relocate and plan on opening a similar sort of hotel in Morocco. We are totally unsure as to where to start looking at properties. Does anyone have any advice? We need to be near a decent international school - preferably british school - as we have a three year old daughter.
