In the news....

Morocco has signed a deal with the EU to let 120 fishing vessels to ply in Moroccan seas. The country will be paid a fee of Euro 36 millions ($44 millions) yearly. It may also get additional Euro 3 millions.

To begin in 2006 and good for 4 years.
