More About the Cafe

I decided that there should not be a step up to the Cafe and the other rooms in the 60feet x 65 feet center area of the lower level. We have enough steps.
The front extension is an extra 2 feet x 37 feet size. The Cafe entrance doors are two three feet wide double doors. They are antique brass with a push rail to go out. There is glass windows in the upper and lower sections of the doors. There is 6 inches either side of the doors. The doors are recessed into the Cafe 3 1/2 feet. There are two booths either side of the doors. The booths are brown stain wood. They are 4 feet deep x 5 feet wide. All of the booths have a dark brown vinyl cushion on the seats. The booths by the doors extend 6 inches into the Cafe.
At the end of the last booths there are a cabinet that fits into the area between the end booths and the wall at the end of the 37 feet x 2 feet extension. The cabinets fit in nicely. The cabinets are 5 feet wide. They have two double doors in the center and another door at the right and left sides. This makes four front doors to the cabinets. The end sections do not have a helf inside but the center section has one shelf. There also are two 1 1/4 feet drawers in the top of the center sections. The right cabinet the drawers have knives, forks and spoons. There are napkins in the left side section. There are cereal boxes in the right side section. The juice glasses are kept on the upper shelf.
The left cabinet has tea and sugar on the upper shelf and coffee in the lower section. The coffee filters for the coffe urn are kept in the left section. There are also napkins in the right section. I do not have anything to keep in the drawers at this time.
There is a round window above the booths by the doors. The windows are on the wall around the corner from the entrance doors. The windows have antique brass grill sectioned 4 x 4 inch sections of window. There are three front windows each side of the entroors. They are centered above the front booths and the cabinets. The windows are arced with a stain glass panel at the top above the 3 x 3 feet windows. The center windows are 3 1/2 feet x 3 1/2 feet size. The outer windows have stainglass piture of men on camels in the desert with blue sky. They are headed toward the center and that window is of the fortress in Morocco.(I think) Some kind of stain glass like that. Mohamed would decide the design. Something Moroccan.
There ia another cabinet against the wall to the right of the entrance door to the bathroom. The cabinet may be stainless steel and it is 4 feet wide x 7 feet high. This is where the coffe machine is located. It is like coffee machines in McDonald's. The machine is located to the right of the base top. Toward the center there is the area where the coffee cups are kept. They come out from the kitchen on trays and they set in the center where they rest on springs. Several trays can go down onto the springs. The coffe saucers also rest on springs and come up as used. There is also a rosection for teaspoons. In fact there are two round sections for the spoons. The spoon holders are located between the coffee machine and the coffee cup storage section/ This coffee machine is hooked up to water supply and there is also drain pipes for cleaning the pot. The coffee machine has running water for rinsing the pots and also for tea. This is a rough idea of where the coffee is made. The brush for cleaning the machine and extra pots are kept in the storage area in the upper part of the stainless stell cabinet.
