Hi and welcome to the forum Kerrie, I hope you find the information you require. I'm from the UK so do not know really anything of the legalities of adopting in Morocco.
It sounds to me that you would make good parents and I always feel that should take preference over any religious backgrounds. If your husband is muslim and you plan to bring the child up in the muslim faith then I fail to see what the problems is. I thought the child takes it's fathers religion anyway, but I may be mistaken on this.
I think what is most important is that you can offer a child a chance to be part of a loving family that maybe otherwise would be denied this. It is to be hoped that the relevant authorities would also see this as a priority, but who knows.
