QUestion: My husband received his U.S. citizenship in April 2009. He immediately left the united states
and returned to morocco.
1. Can he file for divorce in morocco as a citizen without my knowledge?
2. he abandoned all in the U.S., has given no phone number, no way to get in touch with him.
3. can he marry while in morocco while still "married in the U.S."

he seems to have "several lives" mostly single with all the advantages. he was only married
at card times.

just need some info.
