Nice Parable. Here is my version:-
Islam stands for submission to the Will of Allah called INSHALLAH and not to the will of Mullahs called INSHMULLAH or FATWAS. In Islam every one has to give his own account to God. Mullahs can't.
This Parables is hiring Labours by Christ Jesus and they were 12. He trained Them to make them qualified Workers and by Last Supper, they were fully trained that a stranger would not know which one of them was Christ Jesus. That is why Judas Iscariot was hired to inpoint the Real Christ.

Matt.20:1. So they went. Right.
"He went out again about the sixth hour and the ninth hour and did the same thing, In Jesus, we are to be christs and not the Book people Christians. These christs became Christ or Twin Brethren of Jesus on receiving their Wage of Holy Spirit at Pentecost. (created Christians and Christianity, notice simple description as Jesus is speaking about religion most connected to himself).

ABOUT the eleventh hour, Judas Iscariot was thrown out of the 12 before Jesus Baptised them by washing their feet, etc. So, 11 were baptised and the twelvth was picked by the Workers to replace Judas Iscariot before the Pentecost he went out and found still others standing around. He asked them, 'Why have you been standing here all day long doing nothing.
7. " 'Because no one has hired us, these are extra to the Yeast of 12. They included Gentile who were fed up with the hypocritical rituals of the Jews who had corrupted the Church even. (Arabs were so despised that even Byzantium or Persia did not want to conquer and convert them),' they answered."He said to them, 'You also go and work in my vineyard.'

9. "The workers are Mussallmans and not Mohammedans. A Mussalman is one who is shameful or has conscience, truthful, contented and merciful. Such a Mussalman is in Allah and Allah in Him.(Muslims) who were hired about the eleventh hour came and each received a denarius, Holy Spirit. 10. So when those came who were hired first (Jews), they expected to receive more. But each one of them also received a denarius. 11. When they received it, they began to grumble against the landowner (God). 12. 'These men who were hired last (Muslims), Samaritans like the Woman at the well, John4, who became a Preacher worked only one hour,' they said, 'and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the work and the heat of the day (persecutions, slavery, occupations).'
13. "But he answered one of them, 'Friend, I am not being unfair to you. Didn't you agree to work for a denarius? 14. Take your pay and go. I want to give the man who was hired last the same as I gave you. Allah bestows His Gifts as He wishes. You cannot demand from Him but it is a Gift from Him and we are beggars with no choice 15. Don't I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous. (you want to keep God for your nation only, as a "chosen people")?'
16. "So the last (Muslims) will be first, and the first (Jews) will be last."
[Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him, said that even though he was last of prophets, and Muslims are last of believers, they will be first to enter paradise, "last will be first"]
