I love morroccan foods. I tries some kofte once not in Morrocco , but it was different from the other approach to making it. It was presented in a form of a shami kabab ( pancake like) but the sauces added to it made it taste scrumptious.
I was thinking of visiting morrocco to learn some arabic in Fez anyone tried it. Does any one here know much about fez?
