It is a prejudiced judgement to claim that those people suffering from mood swings would be coming only from rabat.Let me tell you my friend that there exist a plenty of insanes in rabat ; if you have ever been here you will find some around the medina and beggars too.By the way , am not from rabat but from the other side of the river ( salé ) and here also it exists a number of insanes.I heard that the largest number of insanes are transferred from touristic destinations like Marrakesh to small cities.If you have ever been to Marrakesh you will notice that very few even rare fools hanging around.For instance ,when there is an international conference held in Marrakesh they bring them to less developed cities
