Have you read the whole report? I have no idea what ESISC's agenda is or who these people are. All I know is that much of this is re-heated Moroccan propaganda, with lots of totally unsubstantiated innuendo and half-baked research. We learn here for instance that the Polisario was created by Che Guevara. Much of the stuff in this report comes from interviews with a couple Polisario defectors who clearly have an axe to grind and one would guess are on Rabat's payroll. It of course never occurred to ESISC to call up the Polisario and get their side on anything. This is a pretty disgraceful hatchet job.
