Welcome mselya.I am of the same opinon that moroccon ppl hardly speak english.Here on morocco.com there r moroccons speaking fluently..might be as they have migrated to UK or the english speaking nations.French seems to be most spoken language after arabic. Wonder why the international language aint popular?
Abt fes: its a nice beautiful city with some historical places near the old medina.I love fes and like it there on my visits to this fabulous country 'maghreb'
