Sounds like you're in lust!
If you want to see him again, do get a flight and see how it goes, but just be careful, the apartment he was in could be a friends and he may just want a visa..
On the other hand he could be genuine, sounds like you really like him & you owe it to yourself to see him again & decide from there.
Just don't believe everything he says, afterall he's still a stranger, take your time to get to know him.
