Ghazala, Tabet was a commissaire (sheriff deputy) in Casablanca. He had raped more than 1000 women over I believe 10 years and used his police power to coerce and intimidate his victims. He filmed most of his sick actions and sold them on the International market. One of the stories that came up during his trial involved a woman with her daughter. He had a propensity for Fassi women. In 1993 he made the terrible mistake of sleeping with some high-power guy's wife who made him pay for his crimes. I guess it was the hidden justice of God who caught up with this guy at last.

In 1993 he was sentenced to die by firing squad. I believe he is in hell now, but God only knows.
