You do know I am talking about real blue cheese, not blue cheese dressing? Real blue cheese is not creamy, its crumbly, you crumble it into the couscous and fluff it up ( like you do the Smin) until all th amount you put in (about a table spoon) has slightly coated the couscous grain. Anyway, to each his own. Can you post a Yammy Yammy Harira recipe, with pictures too, I would like to learn how to make that.
