Hi Rocam
I consider myself a Muslim, I don't celebrate Easter, but I appreciate that Christians do celebrate it...

and it is appreciated, when Christians and other non Muslims wish me/us an Eid Morbarak, when it is Eid.
There maybe a difference in opinion and belief, but there can exist an understanding and tolerance, which is an aspect that I think so many need to preach, practice and maybe there would not be the needless conflicts and futile arguments, which have gone on for too long, destroying nations, many aspects of human life and spirituality.
