I agree with some aspects of that. However i believe that if you go into an interview with belief that you are
a)competent to do the job
b)are ammenable to the companies policies
Then you stand every chance of getting it. In todays world it is all about presentation and ability. Dress smartly and (dont forget a smile
) and just prove to them that you have the skills and qualifications necessary ... and you have tried you best. If you dont get it, it wasnt meant to be. I think it important to not get bogged down in the belief that your job prospects are dependent on whats on the outside. If you receive a rejection then go over the interview and consider what could have been the areas that you were weak in. Then do everything to counteract that, so that next time you will be successful. Its all about positive belief and positive action
