Putting aside religious considerations, what do people think about plastic surgery? If we are so unhappy with our appearance, is it so bad to have these procedures done if they improve our confidence?

I believe that plastic surgery is like a fruit machine it's tempting you may think you would win but the reality it's nothing other illusion you are always a looser because you would try to get better and better. The reality with any plastic surgery is that it's not a physical improvemenet, it's far deaper than that it's about inner happiness that suffers from and no money on this planet would change that unless that person discover that happiness.
I don't understand why a women would spend 3000$ for breast transplant and 10 years later go spend 8000$ to remove them ?????? wierd
A sick woman at work went to hospital and spend so much money to have a surgery done on her private part to keep her sex life alife so she claims and it failed
and was ok afterwards now 5 months later she is more miserable than before and was telling people that she has spit up again with her boyfriend No: allah knews best and she is single again and is wanting to go for another plastic transplant. i hate to say this but she looks like an ugly dole
