Well up until last year, coming from a mixed religion background and not practising Islam, we celebrated all the Islamic and Christian festivals, with Christmas probably being the "biggest" of them all....this year though I've made it clear nobody is getting any Xmas cards/pressies or anything from me, and that I don't want anything myself. As Sista said there are varying degrees as to how "far" a muslim will go in terms of including themseleves in the festivities. I imagine it must be harder for those who are working, with office parties and things like that...?
