This is the fault of 'care in the community' & poor services for the mentally ill. Believe it or not, these people arent to blame. Its the government & their health policies.

How many times do you hear about a schizophrenic committing suicide? Hardly ever, even though its a regular occurrence. Ive known people to thrown themselves in front of trains or drink sulphuric acid. They need treatment, not letting loose on an unsuspecting public.
