Taliouine is located in Morocco’s Souss Region, and there are hundreds of visitors to this unique village each year. It is a picturesque destination that offers tourists breathtaking landscapes and quaint attractions such as the Kasbah, and is filled with friendly locals waiting to share their hospitality and knowledge with visitors. In general, Taliouine is not a very big or busy destination, but what it lacks in modern amenities, it makes up for with character and memorable natural attractions.

Within the bustling city of Marrakech there are a few areas where visitors can find tranquility and beauty. But it is rare to find a location that is as historic as it is breathtaking as the splendor of the Agdal Gardens. Teams participating in the Raid 4L Trophy will be departing from Paris and Bordeaux on 18 February 2010 for the adventure of a lifetime. Driving Renault 4Ls, teams will attempt to cover a distance of 6,000 kilometers, over some very challenging Moroccan terrain from 19 February to 1 March. The event has been organized by Desertours exclusively for students to participate in and is supported by students from the ESC Rennes School of Business. In addition to the thrill of the race, teams will have the privilege of working along with the Paris-based organization Enfants du Désert in delivering more than 60 tons of educational and sporting equipment to schools in remote areas of Morocco - and sharing in the excitement of recipient communities.

Every year, the Commonwealth Business Council and the African Business Magazine host a very prestigious award ceremony, namely the African Business Awards. Many countries in Africa have been fortunate enough to have received the African Tourism Destination of the Year Award, recognizing the efforts made by them to develop the tourism industry within their respective countries.
